Devin Van Dyke tries to follow his mother’s list of safety rules while riding his bike, but friends he meets along the way lead him astray, resulting in a messy situation. Join the Center for Traffic Safety for a fun and venturesome reading of “Bicycling Rules of the Road: The Adventures of Devin Van Dyke”, followed by bike safety education and bike helmet fittings and distribution for those in need.
