Event Details

The Mason-Dixon Public Library has arranged a deluxe coach trip to Longwood Gardens to experience A Longwood Christmas. Longwood, originally Pierre S. duPont's 41 acre farm, is now a 1,100 acre world-class public garden located in our own backyard.

Longwood's holiday displays are always incredible, but this year's display will be made even more amazing by the addition of an entirely new conservatory, bonsai garden, restaurant space, and more, opening just days before the trip. Guests will enjoy the extravagantly decorated conservatories, stroll the grounds, and tour the historic 1730 Joshua Peirce house.

Tickets for the bus trip are $95 per person and include deluxe coach, full garden admission, and the Joshua Peirce House. Lunch is not included, but is available on the grounds at the cafe or the 1906 Restaurant (reservation required).

Tickets must be reserved by December 1. For more information or to reserve tickets, please contact the library via phone or in person.
