Event Details
The Beatles are arguably the most impactful and influential music group in history, combining rock and roll, pop, folk, soul, rhythm and blues, psychedelia, classical, avant-garde experiments, memorable ballads, all producing an endless stream of classic songs.
The Beatles persistently pushed the boundaries of recorded popular music.
The Beatles recorded 213 songs. We will hope to sing and share a mere twenty five songs, including: "Let it Be;" "Across the Universe;" "Hey Jude;" "The Ballad of John and Yoko;" "Love Me Do;" "I've Just Seen a Face;" "Rocky Racoon;" "Something;" "Hello Goodbye;" "Hey Jude;" "Ob La Di, Ob La Da;" "Yellow Submarine;" "The Long and Winding Road;" etc. Songs, background, and projected images and lyrics (to assist in singing along).
All are welcome. And John Lennon's "Give Peace a Chance" and "Power to the People" seem always appropriate.
