Event Details
You are invited to join us as we discuss books related to the topics of death, dying, grief, and loss. This book club is open to everyone, whether or not you have had a recent loss, a loss long ago, or an anticipated loss. This monthly meeting is designed to be relaxed and informal, where themes in the selected book can be openly discussed with others.
October's selection is The Curious Charms of Arthur Pepper by Phaedra Patrick. Copies are available for check out at the Member Services Desk. The discussion will be facilitated by Andrea Williams, a Bereavement Counselor with Grane Hospice Care.
You will be able to connect with others and identify with the characters' experience through the selected books. It will allow you to know you are not alone in your times of change, grief, and loss.
