Event Details
Join us for a short reading of Finding Kreature's Courage to learn about a mini-mules journey to bravery. We will create a mindfulness hand to help others learn, practice and implement mindfulness skills and discuss horse breathing. Time will be left over for additional discussions or answering questions from those who are interested and involved.
