January’s Cookbook theme is VINTAGE RECIPES. Vintage recipes are windows into the past calling to mind memories of childhood or family traditions. Often featuring less common ingredients or methods, there is also a sense of adventure when preparing these recipes from the past. 

Join our Cookbook Discussion Group in the Community Room on the 4th Thursday every other month from 6:00 pm – 7:45 pm. Bring a sweet or savory prepared dish (based on the chosen theme for the month) and a copy of your recipe, and share in taste-testing with other cooking enthusiasts.  All are welcome!
