Program Description

Event Details

Our beloved Bridgie (Corgi) and Birdie (Golden Doodle) are eager to hear your story! Choose a book that interests you, sign up for a time, and read (or share a story) with our canine friends. Library Tales for Tails is a program encouraging literacy through offering a safe and friendly place for readers to practice reading out loud. However, we welcome readers (or preschool non readers) of all ages to sign up for a 15 minute time slot to read or just say hello.

Bridgie and Birdie are certified therapy dogs who are present in schools and libraries around the area.

Sign up for a specific time at the front desk; drop ins are welcome but may need to wait for their turn.
