Have you heard about Junk Journals?
Junk journaling is a creative hobby that involves making a journal using repurposed materials. It's a mix of scrapbooking, collage, and traditional journaling.
Basically, this is not your parents journaling! Bring a friend or meet some new ones! We will provide journals, some recycled materials, and the art supplies. You bring your creativity and any thing you want to put in your journal. It can be anything from a movie ticket stub, to a receipt from a coffee shop you visited, or even the wrapper to your favorite candy bar; if it has meaning or represents a memory, you can add it to your junk journal!
This program is geared toward tweens and teens, ages 12-18. Snacks will also be available. This is a registration event, please pre-register online.
