The Youth Empowerment Summit is the annual countywide program for all teen high school students- public, private, charter, and home school.

Speaker

Jennifer Foxworthy is the keynote speaker. Her topic is “I Can! I Will! I Did!- Succeeding Against All Odds”. Foxworthy is a York native, US Navy retiree, author, and founder of Inspirationally Speaking, LLC. 

Schedule

The day includes the keynote speech, breakout sessions, and information tables. This year’s breakout sessions include higher education, career options, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities. Vegetarian and meat options are available for lunch. Teens with special dietary needs need to bring their own lunch.
