The Program Room is a flexible meeting space for medium and small groups. Within the room is a wall-mounted TV and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and basic utensils.
Two private restrooms are accessible directly outside of the room.
Rental Prices
Business/Individual use:
- Half-Day Rate: $200 (Minimum rental duration - 4 hours)
- Full-Day* Rate: $300 (Maximum of 8 hours)
Non-profit use:
- Half-Day Rate: $50 (Minimum rental duration - 4 hours)
- Full-Day* Rate: $100 (Maximum of 8 hours)
*Reservations of more than 4 hours will be charged the full day rate.
For an additional upcharge, the Program Room is available for reservation when the library is closed. Please email medmondson@yorklibraries.org for more details.
Equipment
The following audio/visual equipment is available in the room:
- Wall-mounted TV w. HDMI connection and wireless/screen casting capabilities*
- Multiple wall-mounted electrical outlets
*Note: Screen casting is only available for specific devices. Please ask our staff about the device you wish to use.
Seating
- Tables and seating can be arranged to meet the group's needs
- High-top "cafe-style" tables are available upon request
