Build baby's early learning skills! Play and socialize, then enjoy reading and singing with Miss Kelly. Ages Birth-2 with caregiver. No registration required.
Since the Library is not open for programs we have schedule this program to be at the Borough of Hanover Public Administration Building, 33 Frederick Street. Please use the side entrance to the building on Doss Aly.
