The Red Land Library welcomes back Wellspan Health and the American Heart Association as they host an informational table relating to blood pressure and heart health! Medical professionals will discuss the benefits of monitoring your blood pressure, no matter what age. Plus, you can check out a blood pressure cuff for yourself, for free, from the library!
