Community Progress Council (https://www.yorkcpc.org) provides comprehensive, integrated services that offer resources and support for individuals and families to move toward economic self-sufficiency.

Our collaborative and coordinated approach provides a helping hand to York County families who are ready to become more financially stable and live life to their fullest potential.

Programs include early childhood education through Head Start, Early Head Start and Pre-K Counts; housing, financial and employment counseling; nutrition support and education via Women, Infants, and Children (WIC); York City Community of Hope; and the agency’s Self-Sufficiency Program.

CPC’s team of coaches, counselors, educators, nutritionists and support staff are poised to address both short- and long-term needs, while helping program participants set goals and begin to make progress in their lives one step at a time.
