Event Details

Play K is curriculum that consists of materials and activities for children who are entering Kindergarten. This is a 5-week program with a different playscape each week. Playscapes are designed around an early childhood theme, or topic, to explore. The Play K curriculum supports the Cruise Into Kindergarten initiative and Pennsylvania's Learning Standards for Early Childhood with the goal of promoting school readiness within the library setting. This program is for children entering Kindergarten in August of 2026. Registration is required as there are limited spaces.

Accompanying Adults

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop-offs will not be permitted.
