Join Miss Kelly for stories, songs and fun! No registration is required. For ages 3-5 years old with caregiver. Since the Library is not open for programs we have schedule this program to be at the Borough of Hanover Public Administration Building, 33 Frederick Street. Please use the side entrance to the building on Doss Aly.
