Event Details
This unique program is designed to empower children to process their emotions, build resilience, and find their voice through the art of journaling. By sharing their experiences, they will also contribute to raising awareness and funds for children’s mental health support. Lead by Trisa Warren, retired Dover School District teacher.
Throughout the 8 week program, we will:
- Learn how to journal and express our thoughts and emotions.
 - Build resilience and develop emotional awareness.
 - Foster a sense of belonging by sharing our stories.
 - Have the option to contribute journal entries to create a published book that raises funds to support children’s mental health needs.

Participants should plan on attending all 8 sessions. Please bring your own journal or notebook.
